It is today more clear than ever before how it is that mind is everything. It is what constitutes reality, based on our ability to think, through this medium.
So, are we then not supposed to spend our time in the mind, thinking? Better put, are we not supposed to spend our time, with our mind focused on things that matter to us?
Amazingly, body without mind is useless and cannot undertake any task. For example, if we remove the hand, it cannot on its own volition handle anything or perform any task; the legs cannot walk; the brain cannot continue to think the heart cannot beat and the lungs cannot pump air in and out of our bodies.
But the mind is spiritual. It is absolute and is also of the first cause, meaning that it was from the beginning.
Mind is also conscious, purposeful, self- existent as well as self propelling. It works on its own volition and is infinite- giving us infinite possibilities of thinking.
Mind is changeless, omniscience, omnipotent as well as omnipresent.
Although no one, not even the greatest scientists with their advanced technological equipments have ever seen mind, for it is spirit, but no one can doubt its existence.
It is through mind, in mind and by mind that we live and move and have our being.
Though no one has seen mind, we have proof of it in that we can think. So we are perfectly justified in believing that we have mind and that we live.
Mind is, however, the most powerful system in the entire universe. This is so in that although nothing can create mind, as it is eternal and has always existed and will always exist, yet it is the creator of all that is created.
In its superiority over all else, it is correct to view it as the creating principle that permeates the entire infinite universe.
Mind is also self knowing and cannot injure itself. It is the cause of all that is made manifest. That which comes first. It is the life back of all things.
Mind in its basic constituent element is the self knowing principle that is back of everything.
Mind is God and God is mind.
No wonder we are all the children of God; for ours are individualized minds that focus our thoughts on the Universal Mind.

MIND, OUR ALL IN ALL
Our humanity is our distinction from the rest of the animal kingdom. It is what makes us different from other living creatures.
It is this humanity that makes us living beings.
This distinction can well be traced from the initial stages of our creation where, according to the book of Genesis, in the Bible, we see in chapter 2:7, God breathing into the nostrils of that that He had created from the dust of the earth, the breadth of life, and man became a living being.
In the past, we have seen the heart, however, being referred to as the centre of our being.
Science has however come to show us that the brain is actually, the seat of our mind, while the mind is the centre of our being, since it is the mind that contains our consciousness, that gives us our reality.
The challenge that faces the human race, is in the understanding of this mind, that is so crucial, as to be the crucible that gives us our reality.
The mind is now known to be spiritual, it is the driving force behind our brains and is what connects our physical being to our spirituality- enabling us to enjoy, both creating as well as the created.
The mind, or the consciousness is the clever higher selves of our being that attracts the kind of thoughts that we harbor.
This attraction of thoughts is the mirroring of what we perceive through our mind's eye in the process that we call imagination. Imagination is imaging. This imaging is what we call thinking, for you cannot think what you do not see in the mind, with the mind's eye. Thinking, in essence is the seeing with our mind's eye and what we see is the image of the object of our thoughts.
When we first project this image in our mind, the image is not fully formed. I.e. it is not clear and is blurred. But the more we focus on the image, through constant thinking on the object of our thought, the clearer it gets. This focusing and refocusing is what we call meditation. It is also the spiritual praying without ceasing.
The concentration in the focusing causes a chain reaction in this realm of mind. The realm of mind, since it is spiritual is in the unseen. It is in the realm of the Alfa, the beginning of things.
This Alfa of things is so in that at this point the object of your thought has not formed. But your hearts desire, which is the object of your desire, has been given to you, the moment you projected and focused on your image as we have seen above. The Alfa is the kingdom of God where everything originates. By virtue of our being able to get to this realm of God, through our mind or through thinking, we become co- creators with God. This is so in that we are able to call upon things that are not as if they were, just by mere thinking.
If we are to go by the Bible, we shall see that by virtue of being created in the image of God and in His likeness, we became god-men- co- creators with Christ.
The ability to co- create is made possible through the imaging that we are talking about.
The proper use of our mind can however be best utilized through the proper knowledge of this crucial aspect of our being. This is possible, only by seeking the right knowledge. Knowledge will in turn lead us to the truth and the truth shall set us free.
The understanding of mind is simple as it is the object that both gives us our reality as well as connect us with the kingdom of God.
The mind is in fact the kingdom of God.It is so in that upon focusing our objects of desire to the mind, we achieve results by the manifestation of the thing that we desired.
In our ability to achieve anything we desire through the above process, we are hindered by man's greatest enemy, that prevent us from reaching our full potential- FEAR.
It is the fear of the unknown that hinder us from venturing to explore in this frontier of mind.
But if we are to focus on the origin of fear, we may be able to find it after the fall of man from the Garden of Eden.
We may also be able to discover something else of prime importance. The emergence of EGO.
If we try to analyze ego from the perspective of the yoke of Satan, we are amazed at the results we get.
We are able to then understand that ego is the evil that creeped into the throne of our higher self after the fall, and took dominion of our being. As in a dictatorial regime where the dictator reigns and rules through instilling fear on the populace, this ego reigned and still reigns through the instigation of the evil that we call fear.
The ego can only reign in our lower selves, the plane that is of the physical. This is why Paul is telling us in Colossian3:2 to focus our mind on higher things.
We can only enable this focus by conquering fear, to venture into this frontier of the mind. For mind, which is also our consciousness as well as our will or the spirit of God in us is our all in all.

MY SECRET ON THE JOGGING REVEALED
Based on the immense interest I have found in your response on good wishes to my selfie half marathon run to Ruaka this coming Sunday, which forms the basis of the strength of your response on fb, a measure of your resolve to encourage in the best way you can, I must admit that it has reinvigorated my aspirations in cultivating on the drive behind my actions.
And now since you have proved such wonderful friends whom I may confide in, I must share with you that the resolves to do all I do at age 50+ is based on an upcoming book am writing on 'Mind.' This book aims to expose the mind as the 'Garden of Eden' and shows how to utilize it to achieve anything we may desire, through some immutable laws of cause and effect.
It is set to show how we can awake our higher selves to reconnect with our sonship in reclaiming our regrafted position in our immortality with the Eternal.
I have, in the process of using my spirit within me, realized the potent power that I possess inside of me.
I use this power to show that I can achieve anything I aspire for while in the process awaking ever more to the real life based in my mind to project myself in the physical reality that we are all familiar with.
In other words, am reliving the book. Am walking the talk in this book. Am demonstrating that you can preach water and drink water.
Am showing how it is that heaven is within me and learning, through demonstration how I can live in this heaven whilst here on earth; for if am immortal, my immortality is not in the future as immortal is out of time.
The book demonstrate that we all have our immortality with us but fails to utilize it.
It guides us through, to the understanding of our brains- the most complex object in the universe, also referred to as the universe between our ears.
It opens us to a new frontier in understanding how this object of indescribable wonder (the brain) is but just a seat of the mind and that this mind is our consciousness that gives us our reality through our thinking ability.
The book gets more interesting in that it touches on the almost forbidden topic on the actual Garden of Eden, ie, whether it is physical, which would mean it is temporary or whether it is spiritual, which means it is eternal.
And now that the secret is out, just watch out for the book.

HOWDY MY FRIENDS, FANS AND FELLOW BLOGGERS?
It feels greet to be back and able to impart my insight, once again to all of you good people. Whilst I locked myself in hibernation, to deal with the effects of the love that joined eternity, leaving me to deal with the new knowledge of advancing my mind in unity with Mind Eternal, I have emerged a new person, reinvigorated in a new and deep- seated knowledge of my higher mind over the lower.
Long gone are the days when I used to regard my ego as a part of my spirituality. I have instead come to the understanding that perception is limited to the lower self which has made the ego that want to take dominion and take the seat of my spirit.
Initially, I thought that I had to put on a very brave, but intense fight to slay this lie, but have come to the vital understanding of the simplicity of ignoring this evil in embracing the All Loving Spirit that is our counselor as well as our helper, who leads us to the Eternal Knowledge of Truth.
Then understood I the beauty contained in the vital realization of my oneness with the Universal Spirit of All Life in God the Father.
This is the knowledge that many find through meditating on the Word of God. It is also what others call 'seeing with the minds eye.' But this is simply enabling one to concentrate one's mind on higher things, as Apostle Paul would have it.
It is becoming one with Eternity, which is the taking and wearing of our spiritual garment also referred to as immortality.
Immortality is not progressive, as it is not limited in time and space- it is not a continuum. It is the forever now- the eternal present.
It therefore make sense to know that we shall not have our immortality at a time in the future. We already have it. It is here now with us, just as worldly and heavenly lives are here with us. The kingdom of God is within you.
The knowledge of the kingdom of God being within us is only understood by our knowledge of mind.
This mind is another world of the spirit, just as the physical world is a real world of the physical.
We do not embrace this spiritual world as a real world because of the fear instigated into our consciousness by our ego.
But if we are to engage brevity and allow our mind to venture into this frontier, through the vital realization that fear is nothing but the luck of brevity, we then become invincible. We also become endowed with the unalterable joy of our true sonship in the kingdom of God.
