God causes in the world of the unseen. through His Spirit, He reveals Himself in the created, in the world of effects- the physical world; just like we are made to enjoy the best of both worlds, through His attributes in us, so God reigns supreme in both worlds. And so the bible tells us we can know God exists because of what we see in creation.
