I have been greatly troubled this
whole day. My troubles emanate from my favorite subject of the mind, in the
realm of thought.
Since I came to the vital
realization of our oneness with the Infinite Spirit of All Life, and our
greatest objective in our coming into oneness with this Spirit of All life, I
cannot claim to be a man at peace with myself. I feel like a preacher man, who
has been called to climb the highest rooftop and proclaim the gospel to all
corners of the earth, yet those to whom the gospel is designed, appears to have
blocked the entrance to the staircase leading to the very rooftop from where hove
into view their salvation.
I am consequently getting new
insights, which hover in my mind at a constant rate that defies reason, on this
subject of great importance to our emancipation from mental slavery.
This earnest desire is highly
amplified by the contents of a video I have just shared on facebook,on what our black
children are being exposed to, by a few misguided teachers. I am not a racist
and consider myself beyond my ken in matters relating to my skin color, but
must point out wrongs in this simple perception of sight, in the temporary realm of the senses, in a bid to right
them.
The fact that most of us have
failed to embrace the new knowledge on the duality of man and the superiority
of the realm of thought over the physical realm, endangers not only our survivor
but the very existence of the entire
black race by those who have found the key to the monkey tower and want to
keep this poor race locked out of this knowledge that has been with them for
about 2 ½ centuries.
The clip shows what is set up to
look like an experiment on colored children. The experiment is on black and
white colors represented in black and white dolls. The children are shown to
respond to such questions as, "which dolls do you like," and appear to point to the
white dolls instead of the black ones.
But the game is not what it
appears to be. It is based on the visual perception of the senses, whereas it
is set to show the holistic outcome of thought, which is in the realm of
causes.
So it appears like we have no
choice; we must learn and teach our people, including our children on this reality
and its significance.
But how can we teach them if we
ourselves have no idea. Equally, how can we know unless we are taught; and how
can we be taught if we are not ready to pay the price of attention. One might
contend and state thus, “but it is so simple since it is based on two colors,
black and white and visual perception.” But is it, or is it not more deep
seated to call upon the understanding of the realm of causes, since the outcome
of the experiment is to show superiority?
Many people have pointed out the
downside of the black race to their lack of knowledge on the power they possess
in their mind through the thought forces.
A lot of these people have traced
this downfall to our mindset. In fact I have heard it said a countless number
of times by almost everyone in Kenya, for the period I’ve been in there,
that the problem befalling our people is based on our mindset.
So, it becomes clear that we know
what ails us. So, why are we not changing; how come no one seems to do anything
about it?
The answer lies in the definition
of the term itself and our knowledge of it. Knowledge is power. But you cannot
claim to know the answer to a simple mathematical problem, such as 1+1 if you
keep getting the final answer wrong.
In one of my previous blogs,
titled, “Why Africans Must Wake Up From Their Slumber,” I traced the guide for
living, of the Western society, to the Greek’s deep involvement to fundamental nature
of knowledge, reality and existence since 400BC.
I further traced what triggered
this society, led by philosophers to use a system of discipline as a guide of
living, because it was considered that the issues it addressed were basic and
pervasive enough to guide them in determining the course they took in life and
how to treat other people.
This led them, through Plato, who
is said to have been inspired by his tutor Socrates, through his emphasis on
the importance of the mind over the relative unimportance of the human body, to
divide the reality into two separate realms- the world of senses and the world
of ideas.
So, in the video, we see a white
man deliberately teach a black child on the superiority of a white doll over a
black one which apparently causes an uproar to the black community, because it
tend to portray dominance and superiority of the white man in the world of
senses.
But our uproar is clearly
misguided as it deals with the unimportance of our color, which, due to our own
ignorance, similar to that of the child who has no idea on the triviality of the
issue of color in the light of the greater good we contain in our world of
ideas.
I suspect that the person playing
with the mind of the child in the video is in essence playing with the mind of
the entire black race, knowing very well how the black community will react.
But when we are truly inspired,
just like Plato, we shall stand to divide the reality into two separate realms-
the world of senses and the world of ideas, we shall not be perturbed by such a
video, but shall instead be inspired to teach our children as well as our
fellow brothers and sisters on the importance of the world of ideas to the
world of senses.
As we have seen in my other blogs, this world
of ideas is also the world of thought. It is also the spiritual word and more
importantly, the world of causes. It is based in our thinking and it is only in
this realm that we can truly find the kingdom of God.
And so, let us not engage in
teaching our children on the difference in color as seen, through our visual
perception, for there is nothing we can do about what we see- effects, but let
us go beyond the seen and into the unseen, to show them that effects do not
matter as there is nothing anyone can do about it.
Instead, let us teach them what
truly matters and what we are in control of- causes, as we have been given
power to change every cause in our lives, for only in so doing, do we truly
become the masters of our destiny and the masters of our fate. In so doing, we
can truly show not only our children, but the whole wide world that it truly
does not matter whether you are black or white in the realm of senses.
